- Customers can cancel or modify the service appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- In the event of no-show or late cancellation, Gloos Spa reserves the right to charge a service fee of half the session price.

- Services or subscriptions must be paid in full before the session or subscription begins, and in the event of subscriptions, the possibility of automatic renewal will be clarified.

- Customers are required to disclose any health conditions or allergies that may impact the service to provide a safe and efficient experience.
- We ensure that the highest standards of hygiene and safety are applied in all our services, with all tools and facilities being regularly sterilized.
5. Refund Policy

- Refund eligibility is determined based on the type of service and refund circumstances, and is subject to review by Gloos Spa management.
