Qloss Spa Subscription Policy includes the terms and conditions of subscribing to our various services to meet the needs of customers, with a focus on transparency and customer comfort in all details.


1. Subscription and registration

  • Subscription requires the provision of some necessary personal information (such as name, phone number, and email) to complete the registration process.
  • Customers are obligated to provide accurate information to ensure personalized and efficient services, while ensuring that this information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Types of subscription

We offer a range of flexible subscription packages that include different periods (monthly, quarterly, annual) to suit each customer’s needs:

  • Monthly packages: It allows you to enjoy specific services on a monthly basis with the possibility of extending or modifying them on a monthly basis.
  • Long term packages: It allows subscription for three months or more with additional features and discounts on some services.

3. Payment and Renewal

  • Subscription fees are paid through the available payment methods specified at Gloos Spa Center, including electronic or cash payment.
  • The subscription will automatically renew unless the customer cancels the subscription before the end of the current period, and the customer will be notified of the renewal date before it occurs.

4. Unsubscribe

  • Customers can cancel their subscription at any time. Subscription fees will be charged until the end of the current month in case of monthly cancellation, while for long-term subscriptions, additional fees may be charged for early cancellation according to the cancellation policy specified for each package.
  • Please contact our support team to complete the cancellation process.

5. Freeze Subscription

  • Customers can freeze the subscription for a specified period (maximum 3 months) upon prior request, while maintaining all features when the subscription is resumed.
  • You must contact our center at least two weeks prior to the freezing date, and details will be confirmed via email.

6. Subscription Updates

  • Gloos Spa reserves the right to amend subscription policies or update packages and services provided to ensure quality and continuous development.
  • Customers will be notified of any changes to the Terms and Conditions and will be given the opportunity to review the amendments before making any decision regarding the continuation of their subscription.
